Our service guide to Your Portal
Frog Wealth Management use a secure encrypted Portal service to allow you to safely share documents and any personal information.
Your Portal uses the same high-level encryption and security measures used by banks and other financial institutions, so you can have peace of mind that your information is safe with us.
We will use Your Portal to correspond with you for any sensitive information. You will receive email notifications, as and when there are actions or information for you.
Portal access – very important
First, please read Our Service Guide to Your Portal, as it gives you the guidance you will need to get started.
You don’t have to use Your Portal to supply the documentation if you choose not to, this is your choice. You can provide the documents over email should you wish, but this is not a secure environment to do so, but this is your choice.
However, you must complete the Fact Find via the Portal.
