Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a local charity providing care and support in the home for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Every year the charity provides thousands of patients in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire the choice to stay at home, surrounded by their families and friends.
